1. Sign in to Google: https://www.google.com/

2. Go to YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/ . You can either search the video you’d like to embed. If it is one of the videos you have uploaded, go to the left side bar and choose “My Channel”. A list of the videos you’ve uploaded will appear.

3. Once you have selected the video you’d like to embed, you will see a “Share” link below the video. Click this and share options will drop down below.

4. Click over to the “Embed” tab. Code called an iframe will populate. Copy & Paste this Code.

5. Next, Log in to WordPress: http://www.touchstonepilates.com/wp-admin. Once logged in, choose Pages on the left side bar. A list of all your page will appear, Click “Edit” under the page you’d like to place the video on:

6. You will see 2 tabs: Visual & Text. Make sure the “Text” tab is selected. Then paste the code you copied from YouTube into the page, where you’d like it to appear:

7. Lastly, you can preview your changes here before updating. Once you are ready, hit Update/Publish (blue button) to update the changes on the live site.
